Who we are
Waltz Production collects and manages this sign-up list. A Jazz Christmas is presented by the Julian Chan Jazz Orchestra (JCJO). For this list, the controller of your personal data is Casper Foo, trading as Waltz Production. Contact: hello@waltzproduction.com.
What we collect
We collect your name, email, party size and show-time preferences directly from you, and your WhatsApp number if you give it. You can also choose to tell us your children's age bands and how you heard about us. We note which link brought you to this page (for example, the flyer or Instagram) and when you signed up.
Why we use it
We use your details to send you A Jazz Christmas presale access and show updates, sent by Waltz Production, and to decide how many shows to run and at what times. If you tick the JCJO box, we share your name and email with JCJO so it can tell you about its future concerts. If you tick the Waltz Production box, we will tell you about future Waltz Production events.
What you need to give us
Name, email, party size and show time are needed for us to send you presale access; without them we cannot. Everything else is optional.

By email, and by WhatsApp only if you give your number.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We share your name and email with JCJO only if you tick the JCJO box. When tickets go on sale, you buy them from the ticket seller named on the ticket page, and you give your order details to that seller when you buy.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored with our website and database provider, Cloudflare. Emails you send to hello@waltzproduction.com are forwarded by Cloudflare and held with Google, as are any working copies of the list. An email service provider sends our emails on our behalf. These providers may store or process your details outside Malaysia. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect this site; we do not store it with your sign-up. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details until 31 Jan 2027. If you tick "future Waltz Production events", we keep your name and email after that until you unsubscribe. With them, we keep a record of when you agreed and which version of this notice you saw. Details shared with JCJO at your request are kept by JCJO under its own terms.
Children
We do not collect details about your children other than how many are coming and, if you choose, their age band. You must be 18 or over to register.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your details, ask a question or make a complaint about how we handle them, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@waltzproduction.com, using the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or replying STOP to any WhatsApp from us.
If you sign up again with the same email, we keep your first sign-up. To change your details or choices, email hello@waltzproduction.com.
